The seller must provide accurate and truthful information about the property. Any misleading details may result in delisting.
The property price must be agreed upon in writing. All payments must be made through legally accepted financial channels.
The seller must ensure all necessary documents are available for a smooth closing. Any outstanding taxes must be cleared.
Disputes arising from the sale will first be addressed through mediation. Legal proceedings will follow jurisdiction laws if unresolved.
